Undergraduate students: You do not need to apply for graduation. You will be "pre-certified" by the advising office and will be contacted directly by the Registrar's office about next steps. Please contact your advisor if you have any questions about your graduation eligibility.
Graduate (MS and PhD) students who intend to graduate at any of the three official graduation periods must first fill out an Application for Graduation.
Deadlines for submission to the Office of the Registrar are listed below. Please submit your Application for Graduation to your advisor at least 5 business days in advance of this deadline to allow for processing time.
- Fall Semester Completion: October 15
- Spring Semester Completion: March 1
- Summer Completion: June 1
Commencement & Diplomas

After submitting your graduation application, all questions regarding Commencement and diplomas should be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Academic advisors are not involved in the planning of Commencement or mailing of diplomas.
