Tony earned his B.S. in Secondary Education/Mathematics and his M.A.E. in Instructional Design & Technology from Seton Hall University. Prior to working at NJIT, Tony advised freshmen and taught freshman seminar and developmental math courses at Seton Hall, and advised Health/Kinesiology students at Texas A&M University.
Tony likes to run, watch football and TV shows, play fantasy football and video games, and try out new restaurants.

Nisha Reyes has been working with diverse students in both a K-12 setting and in higher education for over fifteen years. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Mass Media from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree in Counselor Education from Kean University.
Nisha loves spending time with her family and traveling!

Doua earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. After working in higher education for several years, she decided to go back to school and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in School Counseling at New Jersey City University. Her purpose is to guide and support students throughout their journey to success.
Doua enjoys biking, volunteering and spending time with family.
Michele earned her undergraduate degree in Management and Finance from the University at Albany. After working several years in the business sector, she opted for a change in her career path and began pursuing her M.A. in Counseling at Montclair State University. She found her passion for working with students in higher education while holding internships with MSU’s Educational Opportunity Fund office and here in YWCC.
Michele loves traveling, rock scrambling, swimming and spending time with her family.
Shannon earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology as well as her Masters Degree in Counseling from Montclair State University. Prior to working at NJIT, Shannon held various roles working with students at the University of Connecticut. She enjoys helping students to be the best version of themselves and supporting them to reach their goals.
Shannon enjoys hiking, kayaking, and traveling; in addition to spending time with family and friends.
